General terms and conditions

1. Hereby we kindly ask you to acknowledge that Austria Racing Camps is (only) organizing accommodation, lift tickets and slope reservation for the International Mogul Camp. Austria Racing Camps is not involved in and not responsible for the snow training or other activities as well as the Camp organization itself. Training, activities and Camp organization will be made by the participants and their group leaders themselves.

2. The course/lane maintenance, jump shaping, and landing preparation are the responsibility of the team’s coaches and personal.

3. Out of this reason, please note that Austria Racing Camps shall not be liable for any damages, injuries etc. which happen during snow training or other activities organised in the framework of the camp program. Participation in the camp shall be at one’s own risk.

We recommend that each participant has an appropriate insurance (general liability insurance, accident insurance, etc.), in order to cover all possible risks resulting from skiing or any other activities in the framework of the camp. The participant hereby confirms to have arranged all insurance matters (as mentioned above) for the duration of the camp.

4. Reservations for the Camp become binding only after prior registration from the participant and confirmation from our side concerning availability AND only upon the reception of the pre-payment (which is 50 % of the total amount within 2 weeks after booking of the Camp. The remaining 50 % need to be paid 4 weeks before the scheduled beginning of the Camp.). In case of subsequent cancellation, the pre-payment will NOT be refunded. In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to the scheduled beginning of the
training camp, a cancellation fee of 100 % will be charged; In case of cancellation during the Camp due to injury, sickness or whatever reason, also a cancellation fee of 100 % will be charged and Austria Racing Camps will not refund the lift or hotel fee.

5. Please also note that the Camp price needs to be paid in full and Austria Racing Camps will not refund the Camp, lift or hotel fee, if the training cannot take place for reasons beyond the sphere of influence of Austria Racing Camps (bad weather, wind, closed slopes due to weather-related factors, etc.).

6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Austria, except those reference provisions which are governed by foreign law, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved at the Court in Innsbruck, Austria.

7. With the application each participant/legal representative confirms and accepts the general terms and conditions and furthermore agrees that these terms and conditions form the basis for the contractual relationship.

8.RECOMMENDATION:
Due to unpredictable circumstances (Covid, illness, injuries, etc.), we advise all our participants to take out travel insurance, especially cancellation insurance, for their camp booking with us. This provides the participant with financial security should the trip be cancelled at short notice. We take no responsibility for flights or any other costs that our lost due to a cancellation of the camp for whatever reason.
